Brad shows up ready to see Max's so called "unique ability" and watches in amazement as Max creates a blur of heat around himself, melts a spoon and instantly vaporizes a glass of water. Brad dismisses theese occurences as a "trick" and decides to head home he tells Max he'll call him later. As soon as he leaves Max hears a strange knock on the door, he opens it thinking that Brad had forgoten somthing only to be rushed by a man Falkes and some Agents. After apoligizing for the rude introduction (Max never mentioned what his power was so the The Company could only assume the worst case scenario) Falkes asks Max to demonstrate his ability. After witnessing this Falkes asks Max if he would like to join the company. After mulling over the posibility Max gleefully accepts. |

Character History
Origins Part 1
Max McCarthy was a reletvily normal but eccentric young man who spent most of his time alone. to others he was a scocial outcast but did posses a few good close friends including Brad Baxter. After a long day of school Max was followed home by bullies who began taunting him and shortly after ganged up on him, during the scirmage max discoverd he had the ability to controle heat when he badly burned all of the bullies who quickly ran off.
