Tim Schmidt also known as Frostbite is a new superhero in the DC Universe. It is unclear how he was given his abilities, but they are thought to be genetically inherited. When he was a young boy, both of his parents were killed by Doomsday. He has the ability to create and control ice. He can also fly, and is a skilled martial artist and athlete. He often works with fellow hero and best friend Inferno. He is currently being mentored by Superman to master his abilities, including being assisted by Inferno. It is known that when he and Inferno infuse their powers together, they are a powerful force. He is married to Nicolette DeCaro, and lives with her in Metropolis.
