Dillon Arbogast is an evolved human with the ability to control a persons' actions like a puppet. He used to work for Primatech, hunting Garrett but is now working with Garrett to kill Primatech's members and destroy the world. When Garrett was nearly defeated, Dillon betrayed him and apparently killed him. Garrett was however alive and killed Dillon with his blades. Jim revived Dillon once again and he joined with Jim. He is Aaron Goff's brother.
