The world was naturally evil, he concluded. He would be it's punishment. He would make sure the innocent were safe, and the evil were slaughtered. |

Altaïr is an Evolved human with the ability of Rapid cell regeneration. He was once an assassin working against Quantum in the early days of it's existence, but after he worked with a Quantum assassin he joined it. He was imprisoned at the bottom of the ocean, unable to escape until now. He has once again rejoined Quantum.
