Day A-7: Charles enters coma. (Peters says that it's been a week now since he entered coma.)

Day A-3: The scenes of Mohinder/Nirand/Mr. Bennet in Madras

Nirand informs of Chandra's death which must've taken prior to the conversation so;

Mohinder has spoken with his father "2 days ago". So, 2>x>0

Day B: The scenes of Niki/Huggerz69/Micah/Thugs in Nevada. It's also morning "time to get up Micah" - Niki

Micah needs to go to school.
