*You probably don't have language support on your computer. When you look at the menu bar on the left, under "google translations", do you see "Deutsch Español Français Italiano Português Русский 日本語 中文?" Or do you see blanks or boxes for the last few? If you see blanks or boxes, you probably don't have language support.
