Introduction
One of Chandra Suresh's associates was the English geneticist Ian Flynn. Meeting at an organization of British Commonwealth scientists, they worked together to create the List. He convinced Suresh to let him investigate all the names that appeared in Europe because the European Union and other, similar resources would allow him to travel and meet the suspected Evolved Human's much more easily. He kept a diary of the people and events. It has been recovered and displayed here.
