This wiki is a XML full dump clone of "Heroes Wiki", the main wiki about the Heroes saga that has been shut down permanently since June 1, 2020. The purpose of this wiki is to keep online an exhaustive and accurate database about the franchise.

- Wikimedia: links to http://wikimediafoundation.org/wiki/. Your link is to mediawiki, which is a different site. It can be changed if you want, but you'd have to let Admin know. I don't know how to change the interwiki links. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 15:13, 5 June 2007 (EDT)

Portal Help

- In fact, I'd also like to write a template with directions that preload every time a portal is edited. However, I'm not sure which MediaWiki page is responsible for providing the text at the top of the editing screen. I'm aware of the editintro variable that can be added the request string of a URL, but I don't know 1) how to get it to preload for pages that already have text, and 2) which MediaWiki page to add logic to so it only preloads on pages with "Portal" in the title.
