Induced Radioactivity is the ability to emit radiation and/or induce radioactive properties into objects and people.
Characters
Ted Sprague is the only character known to have this ability.
Limits
The conditions under which Ted's power of radioactivity might occur are not well known. His innate radioactivity appears to be related to his emotional state, in that when his is emotionally aggitated (angry, provoked, etc.) he emits radiation at levels that are dangerous to humans.
