The Butterfly Effect
While Nathan is playing chess with Mr. Linderman, the nurse enters the room and tells Nathan that he needs to rest. He tells her that he's in the middle of a game. She looks on, confused, when he says he's playing against someone, until Nathan realizes only he can see Linderman. He then looks up and smiles at her as she wears an awkward expression on her face.
