While Nathan is playing chess with Mr. Linderman, the nurse enters the room and tells Nathan that he needs to rest. She looks on, confused, when he says he's playing against someone, until Nathan realizes only he can see Linderman. He then looks up and smiles at her as she wears an expression of confusion on her face.
