Character History
Graphic Novel:Betty, Part 1
In a high school bathroom, three girls degradingly talk about Betty. When the redhead student's face appears to be disfigured, the brown-haired student wonders "what the hell" is going on. She and a black-haired student, disgusted, run out of the bathroom. She is then shocked to learn that the lesions have all disappeared.
Graphic Novel:Betty, Part 2
The day after Crash found insane in the boy's locker room, the brown-haired cheerleader wears a t-shirt bearing the phrase "no habla español" and is again talking in the girl's bathroom with the redhead and black-haired cheerleaders. Betty disguises herself as a new girl named Mallory and enters the girl's bathroom. When the others start talking down about the other groups at the school, Betty tells them that Crash may have gotten what he deserved and hints that the alt-crowd may have been responsible.
