I'm not sure why, but when an image is reverted to an earlier version, a comment is allowed to be made. The default comment is "Reverted to version as of" and it inserts the last version's date and time. However, this is only working if the version being reverted to is the very first version, or the very first upload. If you try to revert an image to any version other than the first one, the comment allowed is "Reverted to version as of :, 0 <> :". Weird.
