What's the basis for calling this place the abandoned refinery. How do we know it's not an abandoned cement or fertilizer plant or something else? One of the structures looks like a hopper for some dry material. And I don't see anything that looks like it would have served as an oil tank. Then again, for the life of me, I don't know what this place is, and I'm no oil refinery expert either.--E rowe 22:57, 29 January 2007 (EST)
