Dead?
Do we know for sure that he is dead? Remember Sylar started cutting Elle's skull and she survived. Granted Peter cut him more than Sylar did Elle we don't know for sure if he is dead. Especially since Claire is in the other room and can heal him with her blood. I think we should put unknown, because the cutting of the skull doesn't hit the brain, as we saw when Sylar attacked Claire.
