Why not phase?
Was there any given reason why Peter couldn't just phase Adam and he through the vault door? Or teleport, for that matter?--Shade (talk) 03:45, 5 December 2007 (EST)
Perhaps the vault is air tight so unless the door was open the wouldn't be able to breathe? --Tesphen 06:46, 5 December 2007 (EST)
- I think Peter uses whatever power that comes into his mind in the first place. He cannot logically choose what powers to use, since his power is empathic. (Not being sarcastic here) A certain power will be triggered if something inspired him to: His power is passive, and he don't have complete control over it. Like, a canvas triggered Peter's precognition power. A man firing at him triggers his ability to stop time. Claude swing a mighty staff at Peter triggered Peter's TK. Peter did not choose to do that - his body did... Get it?
