Selene Taylor works for Zer0 and Tomorrow Tech. She is also one of the original members of The Circle. Selene is not convinced that The Circle is the way to go but she has nothing else to turn to.

About

Selene is a cold spiteful young woman. She has been used a manipulated all of her life by those that used her for gain. She lashed out and killed her father in a fit of rage. She would have been lynched if not for The Circle. Agents picked her up and brought her into the fold. She does not trust them but they have made it clear that it is in her best interest to stay. She does not like the message coming across as a threat but in time is growing accustomed to her responsibilities and liking the respect and authority that comes with it. She is part of the reason they are so well funded and well equipped technologically. She struck up a friendship with Xer0. Through him she discovered to barter, she gave him any materials he required for one year and he wiped her past away and gave her a fresh start.

Evolved Human Abilities

Selene has the ability to change one chemical element into another by a nuclear reaction. This ability works on both organic and inorganic matter. It can be used against a living subject with devastating results. The most obvious being instantaneous death. This ability has a byproduct of generating a conical nuclear pulse with a sixty percent chance of rendering a fit adult unconscious and a seventy-five percent chance to disorient everyone within a fifteen foot radius.
