When the adrenaline starts and slows things down, it helps the user if they wield any sort of weapon, for complete accuracy.
Notes
While using a gun, this ability can be so accurate, the bullet can hit a penny on its side from the other side of the street.
When running fast, you can still see the person unlike Santiago, Daphne and Edgar who are barely seen and leave a trail. People with this ability are not as fast as them and can clearly be seen with no trail left behind. However, they are still faster than a normal human.
