Hi, I'm Kon, British guy and Heroes fanatic. I've been a fan of the show ever since I first saw the preview clip of Peter falling from the building, and then flying from his point of view, on BBC2 when I was ten years old. Although season one was by far my favourite, I remained a fan of the series until the end, and was deeply saddened when it was cancelled without a proper conclusion. Now that Heroes is returning, it is also time for me to return to the fandom!

I've loved science fiction for as long as I can remember, as well as anything expansive, escapist and imaginative. It is perhaps for this reason I immersed myself in Heroes when I was growing up, as well as the Bionicle range of buildable action figures (believe me, the story was awesome!). Other sci-fi series that I remain a big fan of today are Fringe, LOST, and Torchwood. I also do a lot of gaming, with my favourite videogame series being Half-Life, Deus Ex, Portal and Team Fortress.

I am the creator of a wiki for a fictional universe that I created with some friends, which has recently reached 1000 articles, so hopefully I can apply some of those editing skills to this wiki if they're needed.

Trivia

  • I own the complete series box set on Blu-ray (Region B) and Volume 1 of the Graphic Novel Collections in paperback.
  • I have met Lou Ferrigno (The Incredible Hulk), Michael Dorn (Star Trek TNG/DS9), Colin Baker (Doctor Who) and Paul McGann (Doctor Who). Unfortunately, I have yet to meet anyone who has starred on Heroes.
  • I have the ability to move my left ear up and down the side of my head without touching it. It's hardly a superpower, but hey, it's something special!
