I'm an old guy (nearly 60) and I remember how the original Twilight Zone ("Let's think about stuff nobody has thought about before or wants to face") and Star Trek ("Science fiction", with an admittedly overemotional William Shatner) actually changed peoples perception of the wo4rld and our place in it in the 1960s. Those two shows changed our provential perception.
Heros is doing the same thing. It's fun. Hell yes it is fun. But it is also a societal force. I wonder if Tim Kring or the other folks involved realize what they are doing to advance humanity in general? Bravo.
