How To Stop An Exploding Man
After the Peter explodes, a pool of blood that was left by Sylar is seen. The pool strongly resembles a Nue - a Japanese mythical creature. There is a myth that Takezo Kensei killed a giant Nue - this is an analogy, as Hiro Nakamura, who looks up to Kensei, stabbed Sylar, leaving the oddly shaped pool of blood.
