Albert's ability amplifys other evolved human abilities by touch. he has gained enough control over his ability that he can activate it just by concentrating. when he uses his ability his hands glow bright yellow and so do the subjects who he is using his ability againts or to help. he can use his ability to: amplify/make their abilities stronger,manipulate,alter their powers. he can control how he wants to use his ability. and if he uses his ability on a normal human he can cause them great pain.if he uses his ability to the maximum level he can kill the subject.
