Sylar isn't unstoppable, allow me to explain. Because Sylar has empathy, and always has, this basically gives him every power thats been on the show thus far. Including that of Arthur Petrelli to take away ablility. Peter can take that from him and make Sylar powerless permanently just like Arthur did him. And at the same time making Peter the most powerful again.
