Usage
This template returns either a link for an article if said article exists, or an edit link if the article doesn't exist. It does not produce a "red" link or show as a wanted page.
It is almost always preferable to create a red link for wanted articles. However, this template can be used in circumstances when producing a red link is not desired-- for example, to link to possibly non-existent talk pages.
