- 10/17/2007 -- NEW! TV Guide spoke with Kristen Bell about her role as Elle. She said, "She's a little messed up in the head, which makes her manipulative and out to get what she wants." Kristen also stated that Elle enjoys using her power, and that she lived her entire life with The Company. She also reveals that Elle has a small connection with Suresh and a "deeper" connection with Claire.
- 10/8/2007 -- NEW! According to photos on Got-Heroes.com of the fifth episode, Elle is to have scenes with Claire, Mohinder and Bob when she is introduced in episode five.
- 9/16 -- According to a New York Post interview with portrayer Kristen Bell, Elle is a "20-something who's lived with her power her entire life (it's rumored to involve electricity and confirmed to manifest itself in either productive or destructive ways, depending on what she wants to accomplish). The other heroes will scratch their heads in puzzlement when they cross paths with her." Bell says the best way to describe Elle is that "she's just a vixen."
- According to Tim Kring, "Elle's a cautionary tale to all of [the] other characters: what could happen to you if you live with this for a long time and how it messes with you." He adds, "Elle's a little off-kilter and plays by her own rules. She's not very socially adept, she's a bit of a loose cannon, a little inappropriate - a little flirty at the wrong times - a little quick to anger." Elle will appear in at least 13 episodes, with the possibility of staying longer.
- 9/7 -- According to Entertainment Weekly, Elle will first appear in episode 5.
- 8/31 -- USA Today claims that Elle will only appear in 5 episodes.
- 8/27 -- According to Kristin V.'s blog, Elle's power has something to do with electricity.
- 8/20 -- According to TV Guide, Elle has a "really awesome power" and will be on Heroes for about 13 episodes.
- 8/19 -- Variety reports that Elle will appear on Heroes beginning in October, meaning her debut episode will be somewhere between episodes two and six. Her first introduction will be "committing a serious crime," though her character's moral basis will be unclear. NBC calls her multiepisode story arc "key". Additionally, Elle will be somehow linked to Peter's alleged death, Mr. Bennet's past, Claire's future.
