- Sylar will explode in Washington D.C., or come very close to doing so, which will serve as a replacement for the explosion that happened in Costa Verde.
- Sylar will go to Washington D.C. to stop the hunting of the heroes. However, the hunger overtakes him and he kills Nathan, takes flight and kills the President who is revealed to have induced radioactivity. He will then become over excited about his new found powers and blow up in excitment.
- This episode will be about Sylar.
- It may be Sylar-centric as Company Man was for HRG.
- Sylar will deny his parentage and kill his father and mother, completely severing his connection to Grays.
- Sylar will die in this episode.
- His storyline will be concluded and he will die, possibly saving the other heroes--making the ultimate sacrifice.
- Sylar will only appear to die, but he will take Nathan's place linking to the future seen Five Years Gone.
