- Title refers to a bond between the heroes on the run. They can only be separated by death.
- Title refers to how far our heroes will go to stay safe, or protect other heroes safe.
- The aftermath of the plane crash is shown to have killed Hiro and many other background characters, including the government agents and the pilot-- but Peter, Claire, Tracy and other main characters on the plane escaped alive.
