The Hunger is an ability in which the character who has it will always feel hungry for more knowledge and power.
The character who has this ability is Gabriel Gray/ Sylar. He "feeds" the hubger by slicing open people's heads who have special abilities and taking their power from the brain.
Other characters who have had the hunger are Peter Petrelli whom aquired it from Future Gabriel Gray. He sucuumb to the hunger by killing future Nathan.
