Loredo was the code name of a soldier who went on a secret mission in the Vietnam War and lost his life.

Loredo was a soldier/demolitions expert who lost his life in a surprise shoot-out en routh to a Vietnamese base in 1968. Before his death, he discovered Austin's contraband and threatened to throw him off board.
Notes
- The code names of the soldiers in Unknown Soldiers are named after cities in Texas. Loredo is a misspelling of "Laredo".
