Agent 2 is a Company agent paying a visit to Echo De Mille.

Agent 2 follows his partner inside Echo De Mille's home. They walk past the Constrictor's dead body, and turn around to face Echo. Agent 2 listens as his partner tries to talk with Echo, but they both end up being deluged by Echo's ability.
