Character History

Heroes Evolutions

Slow Burn

In chapter 1 of Slow Burn, Chris Bowman notices Aviv bench pressing weights outside his trailer. He marvels at how Aviv works so hard even though he is a telekinetic.

In chapter 2 of Slow Burn, one of the kids says to Jack that his father, Aviv, has "the strongest telekinesis of anybody" at the carnival. Jack says that his dad gets mad a lot at nothing. When Jennie presses him, Jack says that Aviv gets mad when his powers don't work; Jack says that Aviv wants to be the strong man.

In chapter 4 of Slow Burn, "The Watcher" sends Chris a message informing him that Aviv is hiding something, and that Chris should investigate. Chris recalls that Aviv is a big guy, and doesn't want to be on his bad side. Chris watches Aviv from behind Aviv's trailer, and sees him lifting weights and practicing his ability. Aviv drops a bottle of water, loses his temper, and hurls a barbell into a pile of wood.

In chapter 8 of Slow Burn, The Watcher spies on Aviv and Jack as they watch clouds. Aviv telekinetically lifts Jack in the air, and The Watcher notices that Aviv's power works when he is happy.

In chapter 9 of Slow Burn, Aviv helps his son practice his ability. Bo and Chris arrive, and ask Aviv about The Watcher. He becomes upset, and sends Jack away. He tells them that the Watcher has approached him several times, claiming to know his darkest secrets, but that he has refused to do anything for him. He says it is time someone reported to Samuel about The Watcher, and they agree, telling him that when they find The Watcher, they will let him know.

In chapter 10 of Slow Burn, Aviv ambushes The Watcher along with the other carnies, with Bo wrapping him in sheet metal . However, The Watcher retaliates by blinding all of them. The Watcher realizes he cannot break free of the metal, and restores their vision. They take him inside Samuel's trailer, where Lydia reveals his name to be Henry.

Purpose

In chapter 4 of Purpose, Mulligan sees Aviv running to the crowd which Noah is being surrounded by.
