In addition to her work as a background carny on Heroes, Cara has appeared as a party girl in National Lampoon's Endless Bummer, as a party girl in Couples Retreat, as a charity worker in Entourage, as a party girl in The Forgotten, as a movie star in Accidentally on Purpose, as a tattooed girl in one episode and a pedestrian in another episode of CSI: Miami, and as a bartender in White Collar. Cara also did some work on music videos. In Too Short and O'Neal McKnight's video "Throw It Back", she played O'Neal's girlfriend. She also appeared in John Melendez's music video for johnmelendez.tv.
