Graphic Novel:War Buddies, Part 5
After returning from the war in Vietnam, Austin visits Dallas at his home. He apologizes for not disclosing his ability to the Army. After chatting in Central Park, they reveal their actual names.
Angels and Monsters
Mohinder sits in Central Park, searching for a victim. He sees a drug dealer, approaches him, and brings him back to his lab so he can put him in a cocoon.
Ink
Peter races up to William Hooper at the park and talks with him about his accident. Peter apologizes and offers to make amends.
Later, Emma watches a cellist perform, and then tries her hand at the instrument, making beautiful music and colors. Peter watches on, amazed.
Upon This Rock
Samuel has Emma play a cello in order to attract Ian Michaels. A large crowd gathers, including Ian, who uses his ability on a tree.

Purpose
In chapter 1 of Purpose, John Mulligan comes across Ian Michaels in the park. He offers the homeless man a hot dog and the two sit in silence. Soon, Ian causes the grass beneath him to grow.

- Comprised of 843 acres in the center of Manhattan, Central Park is perhaps the most famous public park in the United States. It has appeared in countless films and television programs.
- Mr. Petrelli and Mr. Linderman meet on Bethesda Terrace, near the Angel of the Waters statue by Emma Stebbins.
- According to Heroes Interactive, the scene that took place in Central Park in Ink were actually shot in a city park in Westminster, CA.
