- Originally, Cristine Rose was meant to do the voice-over for the opening sequence but because her storyline was not as predominant as the other characters storylines, Sendhil was asked to do it instead.

- Originally, the scene with Mohinder and his sticky hands was meant to be him vomiting.
- In the combat scene between Claire and Noah, Balsa wood is being used to allow it to break easily.
