Name of Episode
So, IMDb and I the magazine I believe call the next two episodes "June 13th, Part 1" and "June 13th, Part 2".......Should we check into that before we add a bunch of "promotional" images? ~~IHH—Talk 11:20, 23 October 2015 (EDT)
- Not sure, and we won't be positive until next week. But NBC is definitely calling it "The Day". They've been known to be wrong in the past, but so has the magazine and IMDb. I would personally use NBC's name, and we can always change it afterwards if we need. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 12:29, 23 October 2015 (EDT)
- I got the pictures straight from a gallery on NBC's website, which is titled "Sneak Peek: The Day". The rest of the website also refers to the next episode as "The Day", so seeing as NBC is the most official source of information we have, we should keep it like that until they change it or a different name appears in the episode itself. -Kon (talk) 13:10, 23 October 2015 (EDT)
One / 1
I'm very irrationally bothered by the fact that the title card for this episode spelled out the word "One" whereas the title card of The Eclipse, Part 1 had the number. --Radicell (talk) 21:17, 29 October 2015 (EDT)
Noah's mother
Malina is named after Noah's mother but we have her as Anita Bennet. -Lөvөl 22:05, 29 October 2015 (EDT)
- So three possibilities:
- His mother is named Anita and the writers really should check the wiki. :)
- His mother's middle name is Malina.
- His mother's name is Malina and the name Anita was misheard in the original episode the info is based on.
- I think it's more likely that Noah lied about the name of his mother (yet another lie he told Sandra)... or she could have got the name wrong due to the memory loss caused by René. In Turn and Face the Strange, Sandra said that they honeymooned in Puerto Vallarta, which was later contradicted in From the Files of Primatech, Part 5 where it was said that they honeymooned in Berlin, so it seems that she's not very good with facts... or the writers just don't check the wiki often enough, as you said :) -Kon (talk) 23:06, 29 October 2015 (EDT)
Peter
Anyone else disappointed by the fact we didn't get a Peter shoutout from Angela or even Mohinder? Was hoping Angela's appearance would come with some sort of recognition of what the hell Peter's been up to. You'd think he'd be at the summit especially with Claire basically being a celebrity there, or at least trying to take care of her since she was pregnant. At least we can kind of assume that he's alive, since Angela chose to name her grandson Nathan after the "son she lost." -Sincerely, Thrashmeister » talk- 10:18, 30 October 2015 (EDT)
- Agree on all points. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 17:30, 30 October 2015 (EDT)
- It makes me worry what's actually happened to Peter. Angela was obviously okay with never seeing him again, seeing as she asked to be taken to 1999. Maybe they weren't on good terms... -Kon (talk) 18:14, 30 October 2015 (EDT)
New actors and characters
A couple of things. Was Malina the child in Angela's visions? If so, Mackenzie Brown portrayed her; if not, she portrayed a generic "Child in Field", as she was credited. Also, Marni Van Dyk was credited as a reporter though as far as I can tell, she did not appear. This was similar to the situation in Brave New World, where Hal Roberts was also credited but didn't appear. Speaking of Hal Roberts, his character's name comes from the TV screen in the background in the scene in which Anne tells Noah and Angela that Claire died -- it's barely visible but can be made out. --Radicell (talk) 01:39, 31 October 2015 (EDT)
