Following Claire's revelation to the world about people with abilities, the Department of Homeland Security began issuing evolved human resident cards to evos.

Quentin takes Phoebe to the Department of Homeland Security register as an evo. After her registration, Phoebe holds up her evo card for Quentin to see.
Later, Phoebe gives the card to a Globus Bio Solutions recruiter as identification, and the recruiter rejects her because of it.
