COG
Combined Operations Group? Gears of War? --Juba 06:56, 31 March 2009 (EDT)
- I'm not sure why this the creator of this article capitalized ever letter. We've never done that before. I think it's just supposed to be Cog. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 08:15, 31 March 2009 (EDT)
- It looked like an acronym to me. --Radicell 09:00, 31 March 2009 (EDT)
- Found something: Coalition of Gears (from "Gears of War") --Juba 10:10, 31 March 2009 (EDT)
- That's what I first thought of when I saw the title.--WarGrowlmon18 11:33, 31 March 2009 (EDT)
- I thought centre of gravity :) --IronyUTC CH 11:39, 31 March 2009 (EDT)
- I think FUBAR is a better name for it though.--WarGrowlmon18 11:43, 31 March 2009 (EDT)
- Found something: Coalition of Gears (from "Gears of War") --Juba 10:10, 31 March 2009 (EDT)
- It should definately just be "Cog". All letters in comics are capitalized.. it isnt an acronym. --Action Figure 16:17, 31 March 2009 (EDT)
- Agree. I'll move it now since there's no proof that it's supposed to be an acronym. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 16:56, 31 March 2009 (EDT)

- Well, about 12 minutes ago, on Twitter, Oliver Grigsby wrote "#Heroes graphic novel artist Jason Badower talks about doing the art for COG, this weeks GN. Check it out! http://jasonbadower.blogspot.com..." I dunno how that helps. --Whizzles 17:53, 31 March 2009 (EDT)
- Yeah, on that page, Jason Badower types it as COG. Move back? --Crazylicious 18:14, 31 March 2009 (EDT)
- Jason capitalizes all or most of his titles, as does Ollie. But I'm at a loss. If it's an acronym, it's never explained what it stands for. There's also no reason to assume that it's an acronym. I'll email Foz and ask him. That's about the only other thing I can think to do... -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 21:46, 31 March 2009 (EDT)
- It's supposed to be lowercase. I asked Foz whether it's supposed to be uppercase or lowercase, and what it means. He said it means "part of the machine." -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 13:13, 1 April 2009 (EDT)
- Incidentally, I've been trying to link the novel using template:ep (as in
{{ep|gn131}}
or{{gnn|gn131}}
) so that the name can be more easily changed back if we need to. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 21:57, 31 March 2009 (EDT)

Caught Off Guard? --Piemanmoo 18:27, 31 March 2009 (EDT)
On the NBC novel page the animated novel link has COG in capitals. I'm not sure if they do this with all of them but it seems different to me. --Elemental Manipulator [ U | T | C ] - When in doubt, ask BTE 05:41, 7 April 2009 (EDT)
Rude But Funny
Lol If you make COG into a anagram it says OGC lol tilt your head to the left ; ) Gabriel Bishop 11:58, 31 March 2009 (EDT)
- Banned, of course.--Citizen 17:46, 31 March 2009 (EDT)
- Mature. -Sincerely, Thrashmeister » talk- 21:27, 31 March 2009 (EDT)
- Very mature. -- Psilaq R.- \m/ -_- \m/- 21:42, 31 March 2009 (EDT)
- Eh I still think FUBAR is better.--WarGrowlmon18 21:46, 31 March 2009 (EDT)
- Speaking of which who liked Into Asylum I know I did Gabriel Bishop 03:27, 1 April 2009 (EDT)
- What is Fubar supposed to mean? --IronyUTC CH 15:33, 1 April 2009 (EDT)
- FUBAR --DarrellG 16:31, 1 April 2009 (EDT)
- Exactly, that situation was seriously FUBAR: F**ked Up Beyond All Recognition--WarGrowlmon18 16:45, 1 April 2009 (EDT)
- FUBAR --DarrellG 16:31, 1 April 2009 (EDT)
- I like the way you think gabriel. --Lolwut 13:52, 3 April 2009 (EDT)
- Thanks ;), oh a btw what did they mean by banned I was baffled on that ? :) Gabriel Bishop 14:28, 3 April 2009 (EDT)
- Ignore those empty threats. They are fools... ;P --Lolwut 15:35, 3 April 2009 (EDT)
- Thanks ;), oh a btw what did they mean by banned I was baffled on that ? :) Gabriel Bishop 14:28, 3 April 2009 (EDT)
- I also liked it Gabriel, I think just after the very "action" cold snap, it had just a good mix of action, emotion and humour. :) --Janrodrigo 16:37, 3 April 2009 (EDT)
Did anyone else...
Get the reference to rice crispies, when he shapeshifts it the words are: snap, crackle ,pop--IronyUTC CH 12:33, 31 March 2009 (EDT)
- YEah, and in that drawing he looks like Jason Statham in Crank. I'd bet Badower swiped a shot from that movie. Ugh, swipers. --Action Figure 16:16, 31 March 2009 (EDT)
And did anyone catch Lee's picture on the wall, even though he doesn't have a power? I know it was probably just another reference to Grisby, but since he already used his likeness on a character, it's not unreasonable to assume that picture is of Lee. Perhaps he was just seen around a forcefield and they assumed it was his. And considering he's supposed to be in London, that shows Danko has no problems crossing borders. But who knows, maybe I'm just looking into this too much.--Piemanmoo 18:31, 31 March 2009 (EDT)
- There's no proof Lee has no ability. Therequiembellishere 21:00, 31 March 2009 (EDT)
- That and the Grigsby written on the bottle on the nightstand. --Action Figure 00:04, 1 April 2009 (EDT)
