Dead Guy
I'm going to suggest we don't write an article on the dead guy handcuffed to Haram until (unless) we find out more about him. Right now, he's just a dead body. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 10:10, 24 July 2007 (EDT)
- Actually, on second thought, we know the guy's name and have an image of him...which seems to be more than some characters that have articles written about them. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 10:34, 24 July 2007 (EDT)
- I've uploaded his dead picture, and added him to the GN Character's list for GHpart1. I'll put together a page for him. I just finished one for Rollo. --HiroDynoSlayer (talk) 07/24/2007 10:40 (EST)
Bug?
In my browser there are three "edit" links showing up underneath the text that follows the external link to the pdf version of the GN. I'm using Firefox. I don't see anything in the edit window for this article that would cause that. Are other people seeing these? Is there maybe something in my view settings that are making these "edit" links show up in the wrong place? And if so, can we fix the page so that it doesn't happen to other people?--E rowe 10:40, 24 July 2007 (EDT)
- It's the spacing due to the side bar on the right. It bumps down the edit links from the sections that are to the left of the sidebar. It does that all the time, no worries.--Bob 10:50, 24 July 2007 (EDT)
- So it can't be fixed?--E rowe 10:54, 24 July 2007 (EDT)
Miscellaneous places...
Should we add the Port of Cote d'Azur as a Miscellaneous place? I guess we could call it the docks or the harbour too... any preferences?--MiamiVolts (talk) 11:25, 24 July 2007 (EDT)
- It'll be redundant with whatever's at Côte d'Azur, France. Personally, I'd wait until next week to see if there's another location used in France, or something more significant that happens at the harbor. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 14:49, 24 July 2007 (EDT)
- Everything happens in the harbor, so I think we can add Côte d'Azur harbor as the actual page for now, and use the location page as a redirect to the harbor.--MiamiVolts (talk) 15:05, 24 July 2007 (EDT)
- Or we could just have an article for each...redundant, but no more redundant than other places/locations, right? -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 15:38, 24 July 2007 (EDT)
- Everything happens in the harbor, so I think we can add Côte d'Azur harbor as the actual page for now, and use the location page as a redirect to the harbor.--MiamiVolts (talk) 15:05, 24 July 2007 (EDT)
Does the accomplice have a power?
I think she does because its not normal to make handcuffs switch arms. Citizen
- That's more of a magic trick and not a power...--MiamiVolts (talk) 14:03, 24 July 2007 (EDT)
- I found no indication of a evolved ability. People can switch handcuff easily, especially if that's part of a plan to take down one chasing you. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 14:50, 24 July 2007 (EDT)
- I agree. This would fall into the realm of magician's tricks, not superhuman powers. --Ted C 15:08, 24 July 2007 (EDT)

is 1989, if counted from the events of How to Stop an Exploding Man, and 1990 if counted from the events of Four Months Later. I'm not sure we can say one way or another which year the events take place. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 16:51, 24 July 2007 (EDT)
- Shouldn't we assume 17 years ago means 17 years earlier than 'now' (2007)? I mean, the writers will assume the public is reading this as soon as it is published... I don't see anything wrong with doing the same. We can ask for clarification later if they agree to interview.--MiamiVolts (talk) 17:31, 24 July 2007 (EDT)
- Sure...unless the writers are assuming we're going off the timeline of the show. In fact, every other time we've been given a "certain amount of time ago", it's been from the show's timeline, not from our real world timeline. But it's hard to say where we're counting from. Unless we get some kind of other confirmation, we can't say one way or another that this took place in 1989 or 1990. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 21:18, 24 July 2007 (EDT)
