Drucker's back, Where??

I've read it twice and can't find him. --HiroDynoSlayer (talk) 02/10/2009 07:56 (EST)

Inside the computers? The Light6 07:58, 10 February 2009 (EST)

Actually you're right there is no explicit mention or reference of Drucker. I guess it was just an assumption.--Steelymcbeam 07:59, 10 February 2009 (EST)

Because of the !Libertad! poster that was part of Drucker's files. --Radicell 08:21, 10 February 2009 (EST)

Yes, but thats an assumption not fact, so should be altered on all articles it ahs been mentioned on. This person is a new character, so just leave as rebel.--345tom 11:30, 10 February 2009 (EST)

I think the new character's name should be 'Libertad' for now. I took all the 'rebel' references to mean the verb form: 'to rebel'... There probably shouldn't be a gallery on the GN page, and instead a note linking the image. If I recall correctly, that image didn't come from this novel.--MiamiVolts (talk) 11:38, 10 February 2009 (EST)
It shouldn't be listed as a Drucker novel in the GN portal. Intuitive Empath - Talk - Contributions 15:56, 10 February 2009 (EST)

Simon Bolivar

Is it really Simón Bolívar (1783-1830) himself appearing? I know "Rebel" is only in our heads... --Juba 11:35, 10 February 2009 (EST)

I think the new character's name should be 'Libertad' for now. I took all the 'rebel' references to mean the verb form: 'to rebel'... So you think Bolivar is just an avatar of "Libertad" or his messenger in a historic costume? Could be the "unorthodox way" of being visible... --Juba 17:22, 10 February 2009 (EST)
I think he's some fraternity guy that's delivering the message as part of his pledge...--MiamiVolts (talk) 17:32, 10 February 2009 (EST)

Abilities

1) Wallcrawling ~ Possibly a better name than that or is it some canon. Otherwise I thin it sounds stupid.
2) Blond-Trafficer ~ I don't think this is telekinesis, I doesn't seem like it (could be the water version or pyrokinesis). --IronyUTC CH 11:43, 10 February 2009 (EST)

  • 1) It's "wall crawling" (two words); 2) I'm not sure we can tell what the guy's ability is... I'd use a generic <guy>'s ability once we determine what to call him.--MiamiVolts (talk) 12:07, 10 February 2009 (EST)
    • Wall Crawling, Telekinesis, and Flight were shown. --Piemanmoo 13:52, 10 February 2009 (EST)
      • I don't think the guy's ability is telekinesis, I think it's water manipulation, or for the -kinesis fans, hydrokinesis. If it was just telekinesis, he'd have held the glasses too. Plus the blue glow in the eye is also a hint to water. Intuitive Empath - Talk - Contributions 15:56, 10 February 2009 (EST)
        • We don't know that he can just control water. It may be just hydrokinesis, but hydrokinesis is a form of telekinesis so we are covered by using the broader name.--MiamiVolts (talk) 15:59, 10 February 2009 (EST)
          • We saw him control the liquid, telekinesis could do that, unless he wanted to show off, I think he'd have used it on the glasses as well. Intuitive Empath - Talk - Contributions 16:25, 10 February 2009 (EST)
            • I think you're probably right that the example shows he can't control solids, but what if he can control the flow of gases or plasmas as well as liquids? That's what I was suggesting. Also, I think we should now move this discussion to Talk:Telekinesis.--16:39, 10 February 2009 (EST)

Summary

I was really hoping someone would write a summary to this one because I can't make heads or tails out of this comic. I know it's about some mysterious person who's texting people and getting them to meet together and avoid being captured... but I can't figure out if Rebel is a guy who's helping or hoping to crush these people... is it a trap? I just don't understand what the crap Rebel is talking about. It's like he's throwing words together.--Mistyjo 19:08, 10 February 2009 (EST)
