Really nice to see Gaydos back! His art is a bit rugged, but not necessary in a bad way. IMO he really outdone himself this time, especially getting some very nice angles!! And the whole-page panel of Meredith surrounded by flames - thats graphic novel art! (yeah, I'm talking to you Mr. Badower ;) )
The script was solid as well (with a great spin at the very end), although I'm starting to feel that the writer has gotten to play "bad parent" card quite a bit too much... --Pierre 14:17, 11 November 2008 (EST)

Sorry for getting in your way with all the editing Radicell! Martijnvs 05:30, 11 November 2008 (EST)

  • lol, I should be sorry! I had screwed up the formatting when first making the page, thanks for making it all good. Radicell 05:34, 11 November 2008 (EST)
    • No problem. I took a bit longer than expected to make the new page. By the time I finished, you already made the new page. I just replaced your text with mine, which left out things like the blurbs and stuff. It's all nice and god now :) Martijnvs 06:58, 11 November 2008 (EST)

Anyone else think that sailor in the last frame looked mighty suspicious? Sincerely, Thrashmeister [ U | T | C ] 10:56, 11 November 2008 (EST)

Thought about that too, and the date makes it even more suspicious. It's 1989, we know Claire is 17 in 2007, Meredith is about to meet Nathan. Intuitive Empath 11:12, 11 November 2008 (EST)

Wow, nice catch! I didn't realize that. And Nathan was also a U.S. Navy officer... hmmmmm.... Sincerely, Thrashmeister [ U | T | C ] 11:14, 11 November 2008 (EST)
Agreed. It's gotta be Nathan. Can we put that in the article? Or it is too speculative? Seb.gwirionyn 13:36, 11 November 2008 (EST)
  • It's speculative, but it can be noted, methinks.--Riddler 14:11, 11 November 2008 (EST)
    • I don't know a lot about the "Military" but if you're a U.S. Navy officer, can you fly? Because Nathan was a Pilot, so I'm not sure on all that. Or is it possible to be both? --Dman dustin 14:14, 11 November 2008 (EST)
      • Yes. There are U.S. Navy Pilots. Seb.gwirionyn 14:17, 11 November 2008 (EST)
        • Sure, but the novel says that they're sailors. There is just no conclusive proof that this is Nathan, nor should it be added to the main body of the article, perhaps in the Notes only. I'm going to email Zach Craley about this later tonight...and also ask him where the Gordons' home is located. (Any other questions for me to ask?) -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 19:09, 11 November 2008 (EST)
          • Maybe what happened to Ms. Gordon? Intuitive Empath 19:30, 11 November 2008 (EST)
            • He calls them Sailors because they're at Annapolis, Maryland, where the United States Naval Academy is. Nathan went to Annapolis (they said it on a news report after he was shot). Still speculative, but should be noted.--Riddler 21:28, 11 November 2008 (EST)
            • I got an email back from Zach, but it's a bit spoilery, so I'll post it at my talk page. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 00:00, 17 November 2008 (EST)
