- A Harris clone — In order to stop the bombing of the Odessa Unity Summit and to rescue Mohinder Suresh, Hiro engages a Harris clone with two swords. After briefly stopping after discovering that the clone has a bomb vest, Hiro cuts off his arms and then stabs him through the chest with his swords, killing him. (June 13th, Part One)

- Five Harris clones — While trying to stop the bombing of the Odessa Unity Summit, Hiro faces off with two Harris clones while armed with two swords. Before engaging them in a fight, Hiro freezes time to determine what will happen if he does win and finds out that any attempt to change the future will just make things worse. As a result, Hiro abandons the fight and teleports away. (June 13th, Part One) He later faces off with three more Harris clones in his home to buy his wife and his son time to get away. (June 13th, Part Two)
- Himself — After Matt Parkman Jr. restores his powers, (Cold Snap) Hiro develops a tumor and as a result, hurts himself whenever he uses his abilities. This results in Hiro collapsing after saving Noah Bennet from Danko despite being warned by Mohinder not to use his powers again. (An Invisible Thread)
- Hope — In a Primm parking lot, Hope tries to shoot Ando. However, unknown to him, Hiro manages to reverse time for just the bullet, sending it back into Hope's gun. The force of the bullet going back into her gun knocks it from Hope's hand, distracting her long enough for Steve Gustavson to attack her before the police arrest them. (Unexpected)
- Ando Masahashi — After Knox orders Hiro to kill Ando with a sword to prove he is a "badass," Hiro stabs and apparently kills his friend. (Angels and Monsters) However, Hiro goes back in time two hours, replaces the real sword with a fake and leaves instructions and fake blood with Ando. As a result, Hiro is able to harmlessly stab Ando and fool Knox and Daphne. (Dying of the Light) To infiltrate Building 26, Hiro purposefully positions Ando to be tased by Danko's team, allowing him to infiltrate the team taking Ando to Building 26. (I Am Sylar)
- Adam Monroe — While trying to blow up Whitebeard's camp, Hiro engages in a swordfight with Adam, then known as Takezo Kensei. Hiro teleports out when the nearby gunpowder is about to explode, leaving Adam behind to die. Adam is left a charred corpse, but is able to regenerate eventually. (Out of Time) At Primatech Paper, Hiro freezes time to kill Adam but faces with Peter Petrelli who protects Adam. During the confrontation that follows, Hiro attempts to split Adam's head in two with the Kensei sword but Peter stops his attack with telekinesis and stuns Hiro before he can do anymore. After recovering, Hiro attacks Adam outside the Primatech vault, but Peter telekinetically stops and chokes him. While Peter is busy with Matt and Nathan, Hiro faces Adam to stop him from releasing the Shanti virus, eventually teleporting him away and trapping him in a grave, intending to leave him there forever. (Powerless) After Angela Petrelli tells him that Adam has important information on the formula, Hiro releases Adam but repeatedly freezes time and traps him in the grave until he agrees to cooperate. (I Am Become Death, Angels and Monsters) In a dream while unconscious, Hiro faces off with Adam, both armed with the Kensei sword. In the dream fight, Hiro kills Adam and is healed by his mother, causing him to survive his surgery in the real world and allowing the doctors to remove his tumor. (Pass/Fail)
- Future Hiro — After arriving at Isaac's loft in the explosion future, Hiro draws his sword after hearing a noise and points it at what turns out to be his own future self. (.07%, Five Years Gone)

(Truth & Consequences) However, Peter subdues Hiro by shocking him through his sword. (Powerless)
- Danko's team — After allowing Danko's team to taser Ando, Hiro knocks out one of the team and replaces them with himself in an effort to find where the team is keeping the trapped evos. (An Invisible Thread)

As a result, Hiro punches Tracy in the face and knocks her to the ground before taking the formula and leaving with Daphne. (Dual)
- Samuel Sullivan — After learning that Samuel has abducted Charlie, Hiro roughly grabs him, shoves him backwards and teleports them back to the Carnival in the present after Samuel tells him its the only way to see Charlie again. Hiro briefly holds him against a trailer in the Carnival before releasing him. (Once Upon a Time in Texas) Later, in order to help defeat Samuel, Hiro, aided by Ando supercharging his powers, teleports away all of the carnies, leaving Samuel powerless, allowing Peter to defeat him. (Brave New World)
- Mohinder Suresh — On a mission from Samuel, Hiro travels back in time eight weeks to save a film Mohinder was about to burn, altering time slightly to stop Mohinder from being being killed by Samuel. (Close to You)
- Sylar — After returning from the future, Hiro hunts Sylar with Ando. After Sylar accidentally kills his mother, Hiro freezes time and prepares to kill him with the Kensei sword. However, Hiro hesitates long enough that time unfreezes and Sylar grabs his sword. Sylar challenges Hiro to kill him, but Hiro can't. As Sylar freezes the Kensei sword, Ando rushes in and Hiro teleports away with him, leaving the sword broken in half. (The Hard Part) In Kirby Plaza during Sylar's face-off with Peter, Hiro teleports in and stabs Sylar through the stomach with Ando's sword. (How to Stop an Exploding Man) However, Sylar survives though it takes him eight surgeries and four months to recover with the help of the Company. (Four Months Later...) After learning that he needs to travel back in time 16 years with Claire Bennet, Hiro teleports to the Bennet home in Costa Verde where he finds Sylar and Elle Bishop threatening the Bennet family. To protect the family, Hiro teleports Sylar and Elle to a Costa Verde beach. (The Eclipse, Part 2) While time traveling to save Charlie, Hiro freezes time, ties Sylar to a metal dolly and sticks him in the baggage compartment of a bus to Odessa so he will continue on after Claire.
