At the Odessa Peace Summit, Harris escorts Mohinder Suresh to Erica Kravid and then tranquilizes him on Erica's order.
On June 13, 2014, when Erica pulls up outside of the house where Renautas has Phoebe Frady, Harris is with her but she has him wait outside for her.

After Mohinder Suresh arrives at the Odessa Unity Summit, Harris approaches him, telling him that they've been looking for him as Erica wants him. After Mohinder says goodbye to Molly Walker, Harris leads Mohinder into Erica's office. Harris waits outside initially before entering after Erica informs Mohinder that his speech has been cancelled. Harris watches as Mohinder accuses Erica of murdering his team and burying his research before telling her that if she lets the H.E.L.E. happen, she'll only create man's extinction. Erica tells Mohinder she has a plan that doesn't include him and signals Harris. Mohinder turns to face Harris, but Harris tranquilizes Mohinder before he can attack. Erica orders Harris to get Mohinder to the garage, an order which Harris acknowledges.

In the underground parking garage, a Harris clone armed with a bomb vest pins Mohinder to the ground under his foot, taunting him that his body will never be found after the summit is bombed and not to try to use his power as Harris has put an ability negation system on him. As Harris taunts Mohinder, a Hiro Nakamura from the future teleports in and demands that Harris let Mohinder go, drawing two swords. Harris is shocked to see Hiro as he's supposed to be trapped in the Eternal Fortress of Evernow, but Hiro just tells him "plans changed" and engages Harris. Harris proves to be no match for Hiro who tells him to "never bring a fist to a sword-fight." Mohinder warns Hiro of Harris' bomb vest as Harris reveals it and then grabs the distracted Hiro by the throat. Hiro cuts off Harris' arms and then stabs him through the chest with both swords, killing the clone.

In the stadium parking garage, a Harris clone has Mohinder hooked up to a drug that suppresses his abilities and has a bomb vest. As Harris taunts Mohinder, a future Hiro Nakamura appears to Harris' surprise as Hiro is supposed to be trapped inside the Eternal Fortress. Hiro draws a sword and they fight, ending with Hiro chopping off the clone's arms and then stabbing him through the chest. After Hiro releases Mohinder, three more Harris' appear, all armed with bomb vests. While Mohinder goes after one, Hiro faces two, but freezes time to see what will happen if he defeats Harris. After teleporting a bit, Hiro sadly proclaims "too many butterflies" and teleports away, leaving the Harris' confused when time unfreezes.
Moments after Hiro frees Mohinder, three more Harris clones appear, all armed with bomb vests. Spotting this, Mohinder goes after a single Harris clone while Hiro goes after the other two simultaneously. Hiro asks the two clones how many of them there are and they tell him "as many as necessary." Hiro engages the Harris clones, standing between them with swords drawn. One of the clones tells Hiro that he can't stop them on his own. Admitting this, Hiro freezes time and states that he needs to know what will happen if he does. Hiro disappears and reappears several times near the clones before sadly commenting "too many butterflies" and teleporting away. Time unfreezes once Hiro is gone, leaving the clones confused by his disappearance mid-fight.

Mohinder battles the third Harris, sending him flying into a car with a punch, but Harris keeps running. Mohinder eventually catches up to Harris, but his powers suddenly stop working, allowing Harris to break free. Harris reveals that the wall he is standing next to is load-bearing and by detonating his vest, he can bring down one-fourth of the stadium. A thoroughly horrified Mohinder asks how many of Harris is there and Harris informs him there's enough out there with bomb vests to destroy the stadium. He taunts Mohinder about his role in the coming disaster.
As Hiro engages the two Harris clones, Mohinder chases down the single clone and sends him flying into a car with a single punch. The clone simply smirks at Mohinder and takes off, chased by Mohinder. Mohinder eventually reaches the Harris clone and punches him, but his powers suddenly stop working. As Mohinder stares in shock, the Harris clone stands near a nearby wall and tells Mohinder that the wall is a load-bearing wall and from there he can take out one-fourth of the stadium. The Harris clone goes on to tell Mohinder that there are many clones out there all wearing the same bomb vest. The Harris clone taunts the horrified Mohinder that "you'll make history Doctor Suresh. Just not the kind you intended."

Shortly after Noah Bennet says goodbye to his daughter, Hiro appears and informs Noah that its impossible to stop Harris from bombing the summit. There's too many Harris' with too many bombs and any attempt to change the future results in a worse one.
A few minutes later, as Phoebe's darkness blocks out the sky and dampens the powers of every evo at the summit, the Harris clones detonate their bombs, destroying the summit and killing thousands and injuring many more.

Shortly after Phoebe Frady covers the sky in darkness, the Harris' detonate their bombs, destroying the stadium and killing thousands of people.
At St. Jude's Hospital, Erica tells Harris Prime that she's heading back to Primatech for photo ops and he is to stay and look for any sign of Claire Bennet. Harris directs her to her car and they go their separate ways.

Harris speaks with Matt Parkman who tells him that he'll have the remaining evos from Sunstone Manor willing and shipped to Gateway the next day. Harris questions if Matt has gotten anything on Malina out of her protector, but Matt tells Harris he's still working on it. Harris tells Matt to work faster before hanging up.

Later, Harris arrives at Sunstone Manor and finds two Matt Parkman's in Matt's office. Harris shoots the one at the desk, a shapeshifter named Henry, killing him. Matt is left annoyed when Harris admits that he didn't know which Matt was which but felt that 50/50 was pretty good odds. Matt points out that that's only important when the person your shooting doesn't matter and overhears Harris thinking that he's got that right. Harris asks if he got anything from Farah and Matt tells him that Malina knows about Odessa and is on her way. Harris asks if he has a lead and Matt tells Harris that Taylor Kravid is there and Henry had been trying to pass himself off as Erica. Matt tells Harris he feels that Harris should be focusing on Taylor and anyone else who is trying to infiltrate them. Harris tells Matt that "we're already taking care of it" and leaves the room.

As Taylor, Carlos and Farah emerge from Sunstone Manor and meet up with the other members of Hero Truther, they spot an army of Harris clones approaching them causing the group to split up and run in opposite directions.

Under the Mask

Harris (Prime) enters as a security supervisor at the Yamagato Tower who defeats Miko after she takes down the security guards in the main lobby. He relieves Miko of the Kensei sword and delivers it to Erica, who orders him to find out more. Prime attempts to interrogate Miko about her father's disappearance and her acquisition of the sword, but is interrupted by Ren. Distracted by Ren, Harris' left forearm is cut off with a meat cleaver. His stub regrows into a functional arm, and his severed limb grows into a whole Harris clone, who good-naturedly returns Prime's watch. Harris travels to Midian with Erica, where they pick-up Molly Walker and set her up for E.P.I.C and the Renautas keynote address. During the E.P.I.C announcement, a Harris clone is dispatched to the Arctic Circle to find Malina.

The Needs of the Many

As Quentin, Noah, and Taylor break into Renautas Headquarters in Midian, three gun-wielding Harris clones attempt to prevent their entry into the compound. All three are shot and killed by Noah, whose party enters the room holding the evos Renautas has captured. After Molly Walker's suicide, Harris (or a duplicate) enters the room and sees her corpse, long enough to ascertain that she killed herself with a gun. Shortly after, he (or a duplicate) is seen reporting the death and the identities of the intruders to an irate Erica Kravid, who instructs him to go after them himself — with the aid of "The Shadow".

The Lion's Den

In Erica's office, Erica questions Harris on the people outside of the building. Harris explains that everyone is on a scavenger hunt to take pictures in different locations at Renautas Headquarters as Renautas publishes the Evernow games. Harris explains that a Japaneese gamer named Ren Shimosawa set it up and Erica realizes that all the female gamers are dressed up as Katana Girl. Erica realizes that its a Trojan Horse so that Miko Otomo can get inside to steal the Kensei sword and orders Harris to get it out of the building and to her house for protection. Erica tells Harris that without E.P.I.C, they are falling behind but Harris tells her that though the download of Molly Walker's powers was incomplete, E.P.I.C is still useful and are being used by Renautas operatives and are also being distributed to law enforcement. Erica is annoyed that all the time and money she spent on E.P.I.C and it only ended up being a partial success while Harris suggests arresting all of the gamers and using E.P.I.C to scan them for evos to find Miko. However, Erica tells him that everyone outside is their customers and all have phones they can use to record such an arrest and make it go viral on the Internet. Erica orders Harris to send a clone to discreetly search the crowd for Miko while he takes care of Molly's body. Harris grows a new clone but cutting off the top of a finger and states that he will take care of Molly's body while his clone takes care of the gate.

The Harris clone opens the gate and orders the guards to let the gamers through. Miko recognizes him as the man who stole her sword and she and Ren follow him. They keep an eye on him and witness Harris using E.P.I.C to scan the crowd. Miko and Ren realize that Harris is looking for them and thus what they are dealing with is likely a trap, but Miko is determined to keep going anyway as the sword is her only way to save her father. Miko and Ren follow the clone into the building where he eventually puts back on his E.P.I.C glasses and grabs a Katana Girl behind him that looks a lot like Miko. Seeing this, Miko and Ren flee over a nearby wall while Harris is distracted and escape his notice. Determined to retrieve Miko's sword, they continue following Harris. Eventually they spot Harris Prime outside leaving with the Kensei sword in a vehicle. In order to keep following Harris, Ren puts his cell phone inside the gas cap of the vehicle and uses his phone's GPS to track Harris from his laptop.

In Canada, another Harris clone locates Farah Nazan as she leaves a meeting with a contact that never showed up. Harris tells someone on the phone that Farah is headed east and follows her. Harris arrives at Malina's hiding place just as Malina and Farah realize that he's there. As Malina hides, Harris demands to know where "the baby" is from Farah but she turns invisible and heads towards him. Harris is able to track her with his E.P.I.C goggles and fires a shot between her feet, warning her that the next shot won't miss. As Harris and another of his men distract Farah, another man comes up behind her but Farah takes him out while Malina creates a strong wind that blasts Harris and the man standing next to him backwards, affording Farah and Malina the chance to escape. Awhile later, Harris and his agents track Malina and Farah near a warehouse and Malina decides to fight back. However, Phoebe Frady joins Harris and blocks Malina's powers. As Malina and Farah flee, Harris shoots Farah in the back, wounding her. Farah orders Malina to leave her behind and flee and Malina manages to escape Harris and his men on a logging truck.

As Noah threatens Erica at gunpoint at her house, Harris Prime enters and demands that Noah lower his gun at gunpoint. Noah reluctantly does and Harris hands the sword to Erica who tells him that Noah's friends are in the kitchen, but Harris doesn't see it as a problem as he brought company. Shortly afterwards, a Harris holds Noah prisoner while another complains about Richard Schwenkman wanting something and a third brings in Taylor and Quentin. When Quentin tells them they won't get away with what they're doing, the Harris holding him pistol-whips him. As Harris asks what Erica would like him to do with their prisoners, Miko bursts in and engages the Harris' while Noah keeps the one holding him from shooting her. As the two Harris clones escort Erica to safety, Miko grabs the Kensei sword and Harris Prime demands it at gunpoint. Rather than give it to him, Miko teleports away. While Harris Prime is distracted, Quentin smashes a vase over his head, knocking him out. As Noah chases after Erica and the two Harris clones, Taylor promises to watch him, covering him with his own gun.

Noah returns to the room where Quentin and Taylor have finished tying up Harris Prime who is now awake. Noah tells Quentin and Taylor that the two clones and Erica must've escaped through a secret exit as he couldn't find them. While Quentin wants to torture Harris Prime for information on his sister, Noah stops him while Harris Prime is just amused.

The two clones who helped Erica escape lead her to Richard's lab where she chastises them for underestimating their enemy. The Harris clones watch with Erica as Richard demonstrates the effects of the H.E.L.E.

Game Over

Noah tortures Harris Prime by repeatedly dunking his head under the water of Erica Kravid's pool, demanding to know where Hiro Nakamura is and Erica had Hiro's sword. Noah realizes that Renautas has Hiro, but Harris just tells Noah that he wouldn't believe Harris if Harris told him where to find Hiro. As Noah keeps dunking him for answers, Harris tells them that they'll never find Quentin's sister or Taylor's boyfriend if they kill him. Finally, Harris relents and tells them that Francis is being moved to one of their southern facilities in less than an hour and Phoebe is on her way back from Canada. Harris tells Noah that he can take Noah to Erica, but Noah will never make it past security without him. Taylor takes off to find Francis, but gives Noah an ability negation system to use to restrain Harris. Noah, Quentin and Harris leave to find Hiro.

Harris drives Quentin and Noah to the Renautas Research Division, getting them through the gate in his SUV without drawing attention. Holding a gun on Harris, Noah orders Quentin to remove the ability negation system from him, telling Quentin that if Harris tries anything, he'll "blow his head off" which Harris won't be able to survive or clone from. Harris leads the two inside the building where he tells a guard to let Noah and Quentin pass and leads them into an elevator.

Harris leads the two men through the lower levels of the facility when Miko Otomo appears before them. Recognizing Harris, Miko calls him a villain only for Harris to cordially greet her. Miko attacks the group, allowing Harris to get away while Noah and Quentin are distracted with Miko.

Harris Prime eventually returns with two clones and Phoebe Frady to Quentin's shock. As Phoebe extends tendrils of darkness, the three Harris' fire at Noah, Miko, Quentin and Ren Shimosawa who duck into the space-time bridge room and seal the doors which are made out of bulletproof glass. As Harris tries to break through the glass to no avail, Miko attempts to teleport back into Evernow to rescue Hiro only to be blocked by Phoebe. Quentin decides to try to reason with his sister so Noah and Miko agree to buy him some time. Spotting the two men entering a side room, the two Harris clones follow them through their side. One Harris clone enters the room and aims at Miko only to be shot by Noah. The second clone follows and is cut in half by Miko after she jumps over him.

After Quentin's death, Harris Prime enters the room with two more clones and four security guards, all of whom aim their guns at Noah. Noah tells Harris Prime that Erica is just going to betray him since she's built her entire empire out of exploiting evos. Harris Prime lowers his gun for a second and then fires at Noah. However, Hiro is rescued in time to freeze time around Noah, saving his life at the last second. After Hiro teleports away with Noah, time unfreezes, leaving Harris confused as to where Noah has gone.

As Erica watches a video posted by Taylor to the Hero Truther website, Harris calls her. Erica angrily demands to know where Harris has been as they have a problem with Taylor. Harris tells Erica that they have an even bigger problem as Hiro was rescued. Upon hearing Harris' news, Erica angrily throws her phone across the room.

June 13th, Part One

A few minutes later, as Phoebe's darkness blocks out the sky and dampens the powers of every evo at the summit, the Harris clones detonate their bombs, destroying the summit and killing thousands and injuring many more.

At St. Jude's Hospital, Erica tells Harris Prime that she's heading back to Primatech for photo ops and he is to stay and look for any sign of Claire Bennet. Harris directs her to her car and they go their separate ways.

June 13th, Part Two

At St. Jude's Hospital on June 13, 2014, Harris Prime accompanies Erica Kravid inside and she tells him that she is heading back to Primatech for photo ops. Erica orders Harris to keep an eye out for Claire Bennet and he directs her to where her car is parked.

Watching from a stairwell, Harris Prime witnesses the future Noah Bennet leave with Molly Walker. Harris Prime grows a clone and the clone pistol-whips Caspar Abraham unconscious as he leaves the room and holds the 2014 Noah at gunpoint. The Harris clone takes Noah to a storage room where he brings in Matt Parkman to interrogate Noah on Claire's whereabouts. Holding Noah at gunpoint, the Harris clone pushes Matt to get the information they need and learns that Claire died in the hospital in childbirth. Before they can learn the location of the baby, Caspar spins a penny to Noah and erases his memory of the day. After learning that Noah's memory of the day is gone, the Harris clone prepares to shoot Noah but is knocked out by Caspar who slams his briefcase over the clone's head. Matt retrieves the Harris clone's gun, but chooses to let Caspar and Noah go before the clone can wake up again and remains in the room with the unconscious Harris clone.

After Erica hangs up with Hachiro Otomo, she asks Harris Prime for confirmation that Hiro Nakamura is still trapped in Evernow. Harris Prime confirms that but tells Erica that Hiro was also present at the Odessa Unity Summit. Erica is surprised that there was a Hiro from the future there and Harris Prime suggests that Hiro may have also come from the past. Erica recognizes that the second Hiro's presence explains the two Noah Bennet's and tells Harris Prime that they "don't need a spare" and that Hachiro's time with them "has expired as well." Harris Prime promises to deal with Hiro and Hachiro and Erica orders him to also find Noah Bennet and "encourage him" to tell them where Claire's child is. A pleased Harris Prime nods in agreement.

At Hiro Nakamura's home, a Harris clone bursts in and holds a gun to Nathan's neck. Noah draws his own gun and the two men enter into a stand-off before Nathan teleports the Harris clone across the room on Noah's signal. As soon as the clone emerges from his teleport, Noah shoots him, killing the Harris clone. Noah and Hiro realize that Renautas in onto them and that they need to warn Angela after the Harris clone's attack.

In Tokyo, a Harris knocks on the door of Hachiro's apartment and Hachiro tells him to wait a moment. Harris grows impatient as Hachiro imparts final instructions to Miko before leaving with Harris.

Outside of Hiro's home, three Harris's arrive with guns drawn. Hiro has Nathan teleport himself, his mother and Caspar away to safety while Hiro stays behind to face the Harris's alone. Armed with two swords, Hiro tells the Harris's that "I've been waiting fifteen years to finish this" and charges them with his swords.

Sundae, Bloody Sundae

In the Kravids' home, Harris tells Erica Kravid that they believe they've spotted Taylor in Los Angeles and shows her a picture of Taylor. Erica is impressed that Taylor disguised herself as a redhead and tells Harris that Taylor knows how to go off the grid and he has to outsmart her to get her. Harris tells Erica that they believe that Taylor has made contact with the Hero Truther organization and Erica recognizes that the organization wants to rescue their leader, Micah Sanders. Harris asks Erica if the organization knows what they want Micah's power for, but Erica just tells him to do whatever he has to do to stop Hero Truther and bring her Taylor.

As Joanne Collins runs from her husband, Harris or a clone pulls up in front of her and orders Joanne to get in.

11:53 to Odessa

Send in the Clones

A Harris tells Quentin Frady about the storm that Malina stopped and Quentin told him that Malina and Noah believed Tommy Clark to be in Midian, Colorado. Harris outlined a plan to ambush and kill Malina but he, another clone and Phoebe were surprised when Quentin showed reluctance to kill Malina due to her age. However, Quentin eventually agreed to help them kill Malina despite his reservations.

Using special goggles while waiting at the side of a highway, the Harrises locate Malina and Luke who flee through a field. Malina tries to keep them at bay with her power, but Phoebe blocks them. Luke decides to confront Harris armed with his gun while sending Malina to run. Malina is eventually captured by a Harris, Phoebe and Quentin, but Luke arrives in time to pistol-whip Phoebe, knocking her out. He then fries the Harris clone and talks Quentin down. The second Harris witnesses Luke and Malina taking Quentin and Malina prisoner and ambushes them after they emerge from the cornfield. Before he can fire, he disintegrates due to Miko killing the real Harris.

An army of Harris clones approaches Sunstone Manor where Farah, Carlos Gutierrez, Rene and Taylor Kravid barricade themselves inside. While working their way through the manor, Farah and Carlos are confronted by three Harris clones, but using Farah's powers of invisibility, they are able to easily take them out. Two Harrises later confront Matt Parkman when he tries to leave with Taylor, but Matt forces them to kill themselves. As Carlos attempts to free Micah Sanders, a Harris clone shoots his gun out of his hand but is grabbed from behind by Mauricio Chavez who surrounds him in mist, choking him before Carlos shatters him with a punch. The clone army outside the manor is confronted by Miko Otomo who holds them off which the real Harris informs Erica of. They all disintegrate when Miko kills the real Harris.

As the clone army is in a standoff with Miko, the real Harris appears armed with an axe and tells his clones that the battle is his. The clones lower their guns and leave Miko to the real Harris as shown in a copy of 9th Wonders! Tommy showed Miko earlier. Miko and Harris fight with Miko dominating the fight at first, slashing Harris across his side. However, Harris eventually gains the upper hand and beats Miko. Harris taunts Miko, telling her that once she's dead, he will kill the real her and then her father. Harris pronounces "game over" and goes to kill her, but Miko stabs her blade through herself and Harris who is behind her, mortally wounding him. Miko tells Harris "don't get ahead of yourself" before she decapitates Harris, killing him. All the clones of himself in existence die with him.

Evolved Human Abilities

Harris displays the ability to create a duplicate of himself from severed organs or appendages. Harris carries a set of scissors around with him, which he uses to create duplicates — he cuts off a finger to do so (The Lion's Den). Harris's clones are also able to duplicate the clothes that the prime is wearing, but not vice versa. For example, Harris once had a clone duplicate the prime's entire suit, but the prime did not duplicate the watch that the hand the clone was generated from initially wore. (Under the Mask)

It is noted that this ability resembles regeneration more than the cloning displayed by individuals like Eli, as tissue growth is very clearly involved in the process of creating a duplicate. Rapid tissue growth appears to cause both the formation of the duplicate from the severed appendage and the healing of the injury that caused the appendage to be severed (Under the Mask). It is also noted that the clones collapse into a white, granular substance resembling salt when they expire (The Needs of the Many).

As of now, it remains unclear as to how much control the "prime" or original Harris has over his duplicates, though they appear to act with near-perfect synchronicity when carrying out similar actions. The duration for which the duplicate survives is also unknown. (The Needs of the Many, The Lion's Den)

Harris' ability seems unaffected by Phoebe Frady's power as even after her cloud of darkness blotted out the sky and drained the powers of all the evos at the summit, the Harris' were still able to detonate their bombs and destroy the summit. (June 13th, Part One)

The Harris clones were connected to the original as shown with them disappearing when Miko Otomo killed the real Harris. (Send in the Clones)
