The officer explains to Rachel and Jim that the squad is supposed to rescue them from the main facility. Jim notes that they've already escaped from that facility, but the officer just repeats that now they are going to rescue them. Rachel understands what the officer means, noting that they will do a lot of damage on the way. The lieutenant then confirms Rachel's thoughts, saying that they are their get-out-of-jail-free card for political fallout.
