A United States Special Forces Lieutenant briefs Rachel Mills and Jim on their situation.
Character History
Heroes Evolutions
Two hours after members of the officer's squad found Rachel Mills and Jim on the run in Iran, the Special Forces Lieutenant meets with them where they are resting between two boulders. The officer explains to Rachel and Jim that the squad is supposed to rescue them from the main facility. Jim notes that they've already escaped from that facility, but the officer just repeats that now they are going to rescue them. Rachel understands what the officer means, noting that they will do a lot of damage on the way. The lieutenant then confirms Rachel's thoughts, saying that they are their get-out-of-jail-free card for political fallout.
Notes
- In chapter 2 of The Private, Rachel and Jim encounter four men that turn out to be U.S. Special Forces. However, it is not clarified as to whether the Special Forces Lieutenant was one of those four men, nor whether the officer is male or female.
