It is a 3rd generation iPod nano. To call it a 5th generation iPod is wrong. A 5th generation iPod implies it is the new nano, which has a camera and looks nothing like this one. The one she is holding in the image certainly is not a 5th generation nano, I'm pretty sure it is a 3rd generation, as i do own one.

Usage

Does it annoy anyone else that since getting the iPod Monica hasn't spent every waking hour watching it? She waited till the last possible minute in Truth and Consequences to learn free running and if she learned more useful things she might not have been captured and Niki wouldn't be dead, although i'm not too bothered about that. --SomeoneImportant 17:34, 4 December 2007 (EST)

NBC Trivia

Did we all miss something here, or is NBC blissfully unaware of their own product plugs? Or is it just that the note is poorly worded and that's not what it means to say at all? If Monica's iPod is an iPhone, then I'm a grasshopper and we really did evolve from monkeys. For anyone who doesn't know, iPhones don't have the click wheel, the screen fills the entire thing, and they weren't actually released until June of 2007. Monica received hers before March 19 according to the timeline. --Yamawhata? 22:52, 26 September 2008 (EDT)

  • Whoever runs the trivia is terrible. They've messed up in the past. It's clearly an iPod, and they just screwed up.--Bob (talk) 23:27, 26 September 2008 (EDT)
