Ando appears to have considerable control over his ability, comparable to that of Elle Bishop. He is only shown using his ability aggressively, exploding lights and breaking down doors.
Examples
- Ando uses his ability to break into Yamagato Industries, destroying lights and doors.
- During a confrontation with Hiro, Ando accidentally strikes Hiro with a dosage of electricity that renders him unconscious, possibly near-dead.
