This is the list of the English Vocabulary that I've learned and am still learning from the Heroesverse. I would like to go on a chronological order. Some of the translations are Turkish and some are in English.

Pre-premiere

Week One

  1. Arbitrary = Keyfi, Rasgele seçilmiş
  2. Cheerleader = Ponpon kızı
  3. Crue = Kabarma, yükselme
  4. Discernible = Ayırt edilebilir, fark edilebilir
  5. Motley = Mixed, of great variety, Varied in colours
  6. Reluctant = Gönülsüz, isteksiz, tereddütlü
  7. Sophomore = 2. sınıf öğrencisi (lise veya üniversitede)
  8. To puke = To vomit
  9. Wicca = is a neopagan, nature-based religion. It was popularised in 1954 by Gerald Gardner, a retired British civil servant, who at the time called it a "Witch cult" and "Witchcraft", and its adherents "the Wica". Wicca is the largest of the Neopagan religions. Wiccans have great reverence for the Earth and for their Goddess and her consort, the horned God. Their main rule of behavior is the Wiccan Rede which forbids them from harming people, including themselves, except in some cases of self-defense.

  22. Mouth-breather = Mouth breathing in public is sometimes considered to be less socially acceptable or attractive than nose breathing, as mouth breathers can appear to have a somewhat "slack jawed" look, and mouth breathing can cause or exacerbate bad breath. Thusly, the term 'mouth breather' is used as an insult towards a person with a perceived lack of intelligence or someone with poor social skills.

To debunk = expose while ridiculing; especially of pretentious or false claims and ideas; "The physicist debunked the psychic's claims; If you debunk a widely held belief, you show that it is false. If you debunk something that is widely admired, you show that it is not as good as people think it is. Historian Michael Beschloss debunks a few myths. to show that an idea or belief is false.

  55. To snap out of smthng = Kendine gelmek, toparlanmak; If someone who is depressed snaps out of it or snaps out of their depression, they suddenly become more cheerful, especially by making an effort. Come on, snap out of it! Often a patient cannot snap out of their negativity that easily
  56. To spook = Frighten or scare, and often provoke into a violent action; "The noise spooked the horse"
  57. To stick out = -den dışarı uzanmak
  58. To yearn = to have a strong desire for something, especially something that is difficult or impossible to get
