This ability isn't so random to advanced users of this ability. As users of this ability get better at their ability, their ability evolves. They gain control over when they absorb and duplicate abilities, and therefore, their ability evolves into a ranged version of selective mimicry. |

Those that are still in the first stages of controlling whether or not they absorb or duplicate an ability, and also have an empathic personality, like [[Peter Petrelli|Peter]] once had, end up with [[empathic mimicry]] as their ability [[Ability development|evolves]], as it did with [[User:ERROR/Me (Outbreak future)|this guy]], and possibly [[User:ERROR|me]]. |
