Elle Bishop is an evolved human with the ability to generate electricity, and was the daughter of Bob Bishop. Elle was recruited as a trainer and agent after a long time of brutal experimentation that left Elle mentally unstable and homicidal. After the explosion, Peter recruited Elle to become a founding member of the Yamagato Fellowship, provided she keep her homicidal tendencies in check. So far, Elle has been used on the Fellowship's most dangerous jobs.

Strange Encounters

Elle calls Peter while he is in India, informing him that "Oak" was a "Situation 14". When asked if she was sure, Elle teleports from Manitoba to Hyderabad to prove it.

Be On Target

Elle discusses her new ability with Peter and Steve Oak. Later, Elle joins the others in the cafeteria. When Sanjog steps outside, Ami senses an "urge to kill". Upon hearing a gunshot, Elle stops time, saving Sanjog's life. She later shoots the gunman with her electricity, killing him.

Transformations

Elle calls Peter to inform him of what happened in India. Otherwise occupied, Peter tells her to handle things.

Retrospective

At the first meeting of the Yamagato Fellowship, Elle suggests getting their parents involved. Peter reminds her that their parents were responsible for the explosion. Later, Elle fries Sylar at the Petrelli Mansion, only for Peter to tell her to leave for her own protection.

Questions and Answers

Elle and Claude attend the autopsy of S. Chidambaram Jyothis, and are told of Bharatgene's role in the attempted assassination of Sanjog. Elle later attends a meeting where the group discusses breaking into Bharatgene's headquarters.

Cranial imaging

Elle has the ability to generate electricity. She seems to have excellent control over her ability, allowing her to generate electric arcs of varying intensity and target them precisely.

She has demonstrated skill ranging from welding a lock shut to sending a powerful burst that struck a running Peter Petrelli in the back and knocked him over, lighting his shirt on fire. One of her favorite things to do is send small, stinging bursts of electricity into another person.

Since 2021, Elle has the additional ability of space-time manipulation. She was bestowed this ability by Steve Oak and displayed amazing proficiency with the ability almost immediately: teleporting halfway across the world and stopping time instinctively.
