Limits
Oak seemed to have a high degree of control over his ability, able to create space-time manipulation in Elle by trial-and-error, despite never having encountered the ability before. Elle also demonstrated an extreme level of skill with her new ability almost immediately, stopping time and teleporting halfway across the world.
Oak could create abilities in normals as well as evolved humans. Peter duplicated this, creating a danger sense in the non-evolved human Amid Malachai.
